Busy day in the gym today even at 5.30am. Still managed to do my session the order I wanted to cannot grumble. Lower body session today although I do put barbell and hammer curls in on a leg day. Also upped my sprint session with more elevation to really push myself. Really finding the @4gaugepreworkout pre workout good. Werbung. Vor kurzem hat mir @micha__schmidt die Orthese (den Gürtel den ich auf dem Bild trage) von @aspenmedicalproductsgmbh zur Verfügung gestellt. Für mich kam es super gelegen, da ich auch knappe 4 Monate nach meinem Wirbelbruch immer noch Probleme mit der Muskulatur des Rückenstreckers habe. Ich trainierte mit der Orthese jetzt schon seit ca 4 Wochen und muss sagen, das Teil sitzt echt Bombe. Es stützt optimal aber drückt oder zwickt bei keiner Übung. Auch meinem Rückenstrecker tut das ganze sehr gut. Ein Bummel durch Papenburg 2014. Nach dem Besuch der Landesgartenschau sind wir noch eine Runde durch die Stadt gelaufen. - Das Wochenende war so richtig schön. MONDAY CONFESSION Being a professional in the fitness field, I slip up as well. Training and nutrition has not been the greatest but I’m going to own up to it. Had to work around a few injuries and frustrations got the better of me. No point in beating yourself up if you have a bad day, week or month. Just get back up and keep going. Like I have mentioned in my previous posts, fitness and exercise is not a trend. We have to keep exercising to have a better quality of life. Ending on a positive note, squatted more than 100kg for the first time since my knee tendinitis and got caught up in my ego and managed to get 3 horrible reps on 105kg 😅 Room for improvement but looking forward to what the coming months bring 🙌🏾
