Your confidence is the most important asset that you have and you must gaurd and nurture it at all costs!
Your confidence is worth millions of dollars to you. Without confidence you won't take the actions that you need to reach your full potential in any area of your life be it health, finances, business, or relationships, and you will be but a shadow of what you could be.
Most of us believe that first we must achieve in order to feel worthy and have more confidence but without confidence you won't achieve anything.
What I have come to realise recently is that confidence comes from doing the little things right and it increases exponentially from there.
There are certain small things that we all do or don't do on a day to day basis that we believe are harmless, but subconsciously they eat away and erode our confidence.
For example laying around in bed when you know you should get up, watching too much television, spending too much time on social media, not committing to things you said you would, being dishonest to yourself or others, cheating on your diet, missing workouts, making excuses, negative self talk etc.
When you take control of your mind and start exercising discipline in the small things your confidence will slowly start to increase which will enable to take on increasingly bigger challenges and an upward spiral starts from there.
I've been doing this for the past 3 weeks and have noticed a massive improvement in my confidence and productivity.

My challenge to you this week should you choose to accept it is to pick one thing you know you should stop doing or start doing and commit to following through on that for the next 7 days. Then at end of the week let me know what that did for your confidence!
