Your confidence is the most important asset that you have and you must gaurd and nurture it at all costs! Your confidence is worth millions of dollars to you. Without confidence you won't take the actions that you need to reach your full potential in any area of your life be it health, finances, business, or relationships, and you will be but a shadow of what you could be. Most of us believe that first we must achieve in order to feel worthy and have more confidence but without confidence you won't achieve anything. What I have come to realise recently is that confidence comes from doing the little things right and it increases exponentially from there. There are certain small things that we all do or don't do on a day to day basis that we believe are harmless, but subconsciously they eat away and erode our confidence. For example laying around in bed when you know you should get up, watching too much television, spending too much time on social media, not committing to things you said you would, being dishonest to yourself or others, cheating on your diet, missing workouts, making excuses, negative self talk etc. When you take control of your mind and start exercising discipline in the small things your confidence will slowly start to increase which will enable to take on increasingly bigger challenges and an upward spiral starts from there. I've been doing this for the past 3 weeks and have noticed a massive improvement in my confidence and productivity. What are some things that you are doing or not doing on a daily basis that you know if you stopped or started doing would instantly increase your confidence? My challenge to you this week should you choose to accept it is to pick one thing you know you should stop doing or start doing and commit to following through on that for the next 7 days. Then at end of the week let me know what that did for your confidence!

Let’s talk excuses!!! - I hear soooo many excuses. Don’t have time, don’t have money, too busy, and so many more. It is very crazy to me when you sit back and think about it. - Money is an issue for everyone and I get it because I am the same way. When I invested into this program I had just finished my first year of college and hadn’t worked at all for a year. I had no money!!! BUT, I knew I had to make a change to better myself and that’s exactly what I did. It is an investment that can change your life. - The whole “I don’t have time” is absolutely mind blowing to me. I am a full-time college student-athlete and I know exactly what busy is. But I am here to offer you workouts that can be just 30 minutes of your day!!! You know what that entails?? Waking up 30 minutes earlier, cutting out some of your TV time, or simply doing it between classes. It’s all about making it a priority. You may be busy, but I know plenty of nurses, full-time students, or people with full-time jobs making their health a priority. - It is as simple as that. If you want a change in your health and fitness then you have to cut the excuses and do something for yourself. All too often (at LEAST once a week) people see me eating food I made myself and portioned out in accordance with both my fitness and wellness goals, then proceed to do one of the following: 1️⃣) try to shame me for not ‘living’ or enjoying my food, 2️⃣) ask me how often I eat like that and why do I eat like that, 3️⃣) praise me for my discipline/physique then proceed to self deprecate and then make a ‘wish’ about being ‘better’.... ############### On a rare occasion they ask for help.... so I tell them to eat more veggies(you’d be surprised at how many ‘vegans’ survive on bread and French fries) log their food, be more active and after they stay consistent with that and get stuck.... hire me to get them past their plateaus. How many times has a coach just given out their monthly fee or told you what they could sell you to help you reach your goals? . . #foodisfuel

𝐈𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬? . I’ve been in awe lately of how my physique and my strength have been developing for the better! 🙌 . It’s undoubtedly the fact that I’m being consistent as heck with my workout schedule and program HOWEVER I’m also going to chalk it up to a couple of other changes in my life. Workouts aren’t actually the only contributing factor to success and improvement... . ✔️Quit my corporate job where I was so stressed that I was running on caffeine, no sleep, constant anxiety and poor nutrition to boot... ✔️Started sleeping 7-9 hours QUALITY sleep every single night. ✔️Started fuelling my body with the ENERGY it needs to perform. ✔️Reduce my coffee intake to a maximum of 2 cups per day. But damn do I enjoy those cups. 😋 ✔️Work out and train clients in a private space with zero distractions - just FUN and good vibes! . The reason I’m sharing this is primarily because I know there are people running off of stress and empty stimulation every single day right now wondering why they aren’t seeing results physically...that shit kills you! . Have the courage to eliminate the things in life that stress and depress you. Trust me you will thank yourself and your physical results will sky rocket! .
