Es una playa que queda en Garopaba y se llama praia do Silveira. . 👉Las casas están en los morros y la vista es hacia la playa. Algo increíble. ✏️Dato: intenten comprar comida y esas cosas en Garopaba porque ahí no hay nada. . 👉#datodecolor de Garopaba es que Mormaii tiene su fábrica ahí. Un monstruo y tienen una alta tienda y un barcito/restó y tienen hasta agua mineral con su marca 🤯 . ✏️En está parada aprovechamos para conocer una laguna que queda a unos 20 minutos, donde pudimos hacer kite! 🏄‍♀️💨 Y fuimos muy felices! En el mar también se puede pero estaba soplando mucho para las velas que habíamos llevado. Así que probamos en la laguna y ahí fue perfecto 👌 . 👉También conocimos Praia do Rosa. El pueblo nos pareció increíblemente mágico. Hay más movimiento que en praia do Silveira y es hermoso! ✏️ Para llegar a la playa hay que dejar el auto un poco alejado y de ahí ir caminando. . ⚠️Sin dudas Garopaba y Praia do Silveira fueron nuestros destinos preferidos! Читаю закинутые @kseniashatskaya в сторис статьи по физиологии...всего, что касается йоги. Уже выразила Ксюше свой восторг, она объясняет очень грамотно, аргументированно, без излишних упрощений и задротств, и написанное — офигенный мотиватор (пока не развили внутренний — вот вам внешний 😂) для того, чтобы расстелить коврик и пойти тренить. И идеально подходящий для тех, кто только начинает, у кого бытовуха, офис, дети, и, в общем, жизнь, подсознательно намекающая на то, что стоит провести в ней некие качественные перемены 😁. И это — целевая аудитория Ксюши, и её вклад в улучшение жизни читателей большой 😁. Ведь раскачаться — самое трудное, а потом, на разгоне, уже на порядок легче 😁 А я пишу у себя сквозь призму своей практики и своего восприятия, извините, это не так часто тексты, мотивирующие новичков или людей, далёких от йоги. С другой стороны, для тех, кто практикует — они капитанские. Ну что уж поделать, создаю контент, уже этими словами всеми, небось, набила вам оскомину 😂 И сейчас хочу написать, что все те процессы и состояния, описанные в статьях Ксюши, качество практики — некий эталон, к которому нужно стремиться, коммунизм и прекрасное светлое будущее. Где всегда светит солнце, цветут цветы, все йоги мудры и спокойны и каждая практика у них полна концентрации и осознанности. И как мотивация — оно офигенно. Но кто практикует какое-то время и более-менее серьёзно, понимает, что не всё одна романтика, а и регулярные трудовыебудни, когда, с одной стороны, нет прямо чётких объективных критериев для сверки, как надо (в спорте — секунды, сантиметры и тд, но не будем же мы шпагат мерить транспортиром, хотя я знаю, что в Индии есть школы, где такое любят 😂) и поэтому в какой-то мере ты сам себе — субъективный судья (если речь о духовке и есть Гуру — в моменты общения с ним тут задача сильно упрощается 😁, но ты у него и не круглый год живёшь). С другой стороны — качественно, осознанно и концентрированно работать выходит далеко не всегда. И с учётом, что практика — не спринт, а марафон, и не надо перестараться с ресурсами и перегореть, а помнить, что есть ещё и завтра, и через год, и через 10 лет. И с учётом, что надо таки стараться по максимуму ⬇️⬇️

Day 🔟 of #AYearOfYoga2020 with @cyogalife ➡️ OneleggedCrow or #EkaPadaBakasana . . Not every attempts of this #armbalance I will get success. Sometimes get it, sometimes cannot. For the success one, it is a challenge for me to hold for 5long breaths. For me, it is all about finding a right 'parking' place for my lower knee. When I tried to lift the back legs much higher, I feel my upper body is too heavy and drop my head (end of slide 4). . . I entered this pose in 2 ways. I didn't feel much difference between these two entries: 🌠Slide 3: from down a dog 🌠 Slide 4: from squatting . . . Like in Crow, it’s all about using the arms to push away from the floor and lift hips higher. If you lean on them more than necessary, you’ll feel too heavy to extend the other leg. Pull navel in, engage low back, gluts and legs so, when you fly one, it’ll feel light and ready to shoot up like an arrow. A couple of elements you can play with are: 📍lower knee placement: more towards the triceps or the outer arm. Find which one gives you firmer support and bandha connection; 📍enter either with the back leg bent, lift hips high, then project it OR, walk it as close in as you can, come onto its toes, tilt forward and let leverage raise it effortlessly. Eureka! I think I’ve got it! After being encouraged by the @ranchfairy to keep playing with point weights, I think I found what it’s going to take to get these 300 spine arrows to fly right. To get my arrows to paper tune, get a bare shaft to land parallel and to walk back tune (as far as I could for now) it took 125 grain point with 300 grains of FACT weight for a total of.....425 grains! (yes, you read that right!) Holy Moses these are gonna be some serious #adultarrows. Need to get it on a scale, but they’ll be sitting 700+. Be still. That’s a verb. It takes work. And I like to work on stillness in my soul as well. . I like to pray and dedicate my breaths to one person at a time. . I always start with myself thinking and thanking God for the goodness when I inhale. Then breathing and praying out my struggles and complaints. . Then I move on to those I love, today this was each one of my children and my husband. . I always pick someone who has hurt me as well. Continuing to try and find good to breathe in and exhaling through the negative. . This was when I was emotional. Today this was my parents. Honestly it’s hard to find positives sometimes but it makes me pray. . That brought me to think on the family that HAS chosen me. Today my sisters... this made me smile. . Everytime I do this the people change and different emotions come up but it is a nice way to bring stillness to my often tumultuous soul.

This is the first time when I used @kingarthurflour bread flour🤗. Why? because it’s a little bit pricy ☺️ and , you know, I’m an “economist” in the past 🤣. Anyway, I bought a bag to experiment with in my baking 🤓 and I’m in love with it 😍. I can feel “the high protein content, 12.7%” while working with the dough 👐🥖 The dough is stronger and more playable. Crust, crumbs, texture, flavor are all perfect for me. It doesn’t mean that “Gold medal” bread flour provides less quality or taste of any pastries, absolutely not. 🌟 2014 ➡️ 2020 🌟 My elephant is not quite as strong as it has been in the recent past 🐘 I’ve noticed in any pose where I lift my butt up off the ground with my arms by my sides, it’s much more challenging this year-ish. I haven’t been lifting weights or doing kickboxing like I used to, plus I definitely put on a bit of weight through the holidays, creating more work for myself so to speak. Aside from that, my hip mobility has definitely improved! I can get and keep my leg higher up (the switch is actually to what used to be my “weak side,” so at least there’s that bit of improvement! My goal this year is to actively regain the strength that I may have lost a bit of the last 6 months or so—and hopefully get even stronger!

Due to holidays, it was almost a month since I've last danced 😱 . . And I noticed the difference 😳 . . Regular practice is key to the mastery of any activity 🎯 . . If we want to master ourselves and our lives, we need regular inward practice 📅 . . A month between practices? Not so good 💩 . . And remember to keep it fun 😂

Day 9⃣ of #AYearOfYoga2020 with @cyogalife ➡️ Transversal #Splits or #Samakonasana in #Handstand or #AdhoMukhaVrksasana . . . I approach today pose 2ways 🌠With yoga wheel (Slide 1&4): I use some momentum and kicked up with both legs. This pose is more doable with wheel. 🌠With wall (face facing the wall): The closer my hands to the wall, the wider I opened my legs, the tougher it is. When I start opening my legs, I need to tilt my buttocks back/ away from the wall. Whenever I want to open my legs wider, I will fall over. I took the videos of this in different angles. Slide 3 can see obviously that my legs were not opened wide evenly. (Slide 2, 3, 5 & 6). . . Kick with both legs simultaneously, either together or already in a straddle. Kick up but try NOT to touch it with the heels. If you need to find contact, do it with the sacrum or the crown of the head. Jump with control, trying not to hit it hard.
