Помимо того, что шпагат говорит о хорошей гибкости мышц, это достаточно сложный элемент, работа над которым подразумевает немало времени (если только вы его уже не делаете). Но вот имеет ли смысл идти к нему как к самоцели? Давайте разбираться🧐 ⠀ Если вы не занимаетесь борьбой по фильмам Ван Дамма, не стоите в хоккейных воротах😄 не занимаетесь балетом, гимнастикой или фигурным катанием, хм... то определённо стоит задуматься. В конце концов, шпагат не несёт в себе никакой практической полезности в повседневной жизни. Собственно, когда вам говорят о йогах, вы наверное представляете себе супер-человека, который может растянуться в шпагате в стойке на руках, как минимум? Да, бывают и такие, но даже в йоге шпагат считается одним из самых сложных элементов. ⠀ Не стоит также забывать о том, что неправильное выполнение шпагата, ведет к травмам тазобедренных и коленных суставов, и последствия могут быть совсем нерадужные, учитывая что любая травма приводит к снижению подвижности. Причем вы можете даже не почувствовать последствия сразу. ⠀ Тем не менее, шпагат - это красивый элемент, который завораживает своей грациозностью и эффектно выглядит со стороны. Мне самой очень нравится делать всевозможные упражнения для его выполнения и развития. ⠀ Единственное ограничение, на мой взгляд, - это время, которое каждому потребуется для достижения результата. Именно поэтому я бы не стала ставить себе жесткие временные рамки из серии «марафонов на месяц», поскольку в этом случае вероятность травмы возрастает многократно. ⠀ По-моему, гораздо эффективнее работать над гибкостью и подвижностью во всем теле, получив в свое время бонусом и хорошую растяжку. Чем более постепенно и плавно вы идете к намеченному результату, тем больше вы полюбите процесс, и тем стабильнее будет результат. Всем безопасных шпагатов! 💃

Baddha Konasana - Bound Angle Pose . Step 3 - Flex the elbows by contracting the biceps and brachialis muscles. This draws the heels closer to the pelvis. Then engage the muscles described in Steps 4 and 5 . Step 4 - Draw the shoulders down the back with the lower trapezius and retract the shoulder blades toward the spine, using the rhomboids. Note how this expands the chest forward and, with the hands holding the feet, brings the heels closer to the pelvis. Combine this action with extending the back, as described in Step 5. . Engaging these muscles transmits a force to the hands, which hold the feet, and draws the feet closer to the pelvis, increasing the stretch of the adductor group on the inner thighs.
